As Founder and CEO of Rizing, he transformed a niche consultancy into a global SAP Gold Partner operating across 16 countries, leading the company through rapid growth, strategic acquisitions, and a successful exit. He now serves as Executive Chairman of the Mosaic Consulting Group Board, partnering with a world-class team to guide one of the industry’s leading HCM and Workforce Management consultancies through its next phase of growth. Driven by a deep belief in the power of great teams and genuine client partnerships, Mike writes and leads with the same conviction: that rising together is the only way worth rising at all.
